This past weekend, I watched an MTV True Life doc entitled "I Can't Sleep". The kids on there were getting 4-6 hours of sleep a night, and I was just thinking, "Hmmmm,...sounds about right." Before I was a mom, I bought into to the hype that I needed to sleep 8 hours a night. Now, I can go days and days on 4 or 5. But I'm old, and these people were young,...maybe that's the difference.
